BOOKING, CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIO POLICY

At ARA SPA Massage & Facial, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized and elevated wellness experience. We kindly ask all guests to review our policies prior to booking.

Appointment Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and memberships.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and relaxation before your service begins.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full service amount remains applicable.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on provider’s availability.

By booking an appointment with ARA SPA Massage & Facial, you authorize ARA SPA Massage & Facial to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, membership renewals, and outstanding balances in accordance with these policies.

These policies allow us to honor the time of our therapists, estheticians, and other guests.

Refund Policy

All services, memberships, packages, promotional offers, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

Completed services
Membership charges
Missed appointments
Late cancellations
Promotional or discounted services
Gift cards or prepaid packages

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our team within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review your concerns.

Membership Policy

ARA SPA Massage & Facial memberships are designed to provide ongoing wellness benefits and exclusive member pricing through recurring monthly services.

By enrolling, members agree to a minimum 4-month membership commitment.

Memberships are automatically billed monthly using the payment method on file. After the initial 4-month commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by the member prior to the next billing cycle.

Members may manage their membership, payment method, and billing information directly through the membership platform.

Membership cancellations may be submitted at any time through the membership platform; however, cancellations will become effective only after the initial 4-month commitment period has been completed.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the recurring monthly billing terms, minimum 4-month commitment, and cancellation policy outlined above.

Membership benefits, pricing, service credits, promotions, and included services are exclusive to active members and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Unused membership credits may continue to roll over while the membership remains active. Following cancellation, any remaining unused credits will expire 60 days after the final billing date.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Promotional pricing, introductory offers, launch specials, memberships, and package pricing may not be combined unless otherwise specified.

Health & Wellness

Guests are responsible for informing ARA SPA Massage & Facial of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, or other health concerns prior to treatment.

Certain services may require medical approval or may be modified for safety purposes.

Right to Refuse Service

ARA SPA Massage & Facial reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of guests and staff.
